As the head of the Business Builder Department (BBD), Brenda Spencer manages a team of 25 Business Builder Representatives and 5 Technical Service Advisors who support our distributor partners at every step. Daily monitoring and monthly departmental audits ensure that all of our BBD coaches are prepared to make your new business successful.
Brenda's enthusiastic, highly focused team is dedicated to meeting the needs of your new business. In addition to managing the Business Builder Department, Brenda also manages the Locating, Marketing, and Technical Departments. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Brenda, her husband, son, and three step-children call Southern California home. La Shawnta Sanders, Manager of The Business Builder Department La Shawnta works closely with all departments including sales and accounting to provide quality assurance. She is responsible for updating our policies and procedures for serving our distributors. La Shawnta acts as the liaison to our manufacturers for customer or technical issues, and provides timely feedback and one-on-one coaching to the staff. This in turn strengthens the capacity of the coaches to offer technical assistance, employ best practices and share information within our family of distributors. La Shawnta also participates in the research and development of products and the functionality of the equipment we provide. La Shawnta is a hands-on type manager and trains the staff in this manner to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the equipment we provide.
